Prerequisites

Admission to the 1st year

Students with a 2nd year post-secondary diploma are selected according to their school records and an interview at ISTASE. Students holding the following diplomas can apply :

After application and interview

• DEUG-SM, (or equivalent)
  DEUG-STPI (or equivalent)
• DUT (or equivalent) :
  Electrical Engineering,
  Physics and Measurements
  Telecommunications & Networks Engineering
• BTS (or equivalent)
• Equivalent Foreign degrees
  

After Archimede National competitive exan and interview

• CPGE
  Students from section MP - PC - PSI - PT must apply through the procedure of the ARCHIMEDE examination.

International Exchange of students

ISTASE allows to spend several months in teachning courses for foreign students. This can be done with the formula of International Exchanges like ERASMUS for example (for european students).

Admission to the 2nd year

Admission to the 2nd year depends on vacancies and is possible for students holding a:

• 4-year university degree in Sciences & Technologies
• 4-year university degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics and Control Process
• 4-year university degree in Physics
• An equivalent french or foreign degree after examination of school records

Application files

Application files will be sent to the students who ask for them from February 2001.
