• Dexamethazone administered per os
  4 mg / day drom D - 2 at D + 6
  

  	retarded uptake in both adrenals
  	extinction of the intact cortical parenchyma

  
  

• SCOPE :
  To enhance the uptake difference between a possible not suppressed adenoma and the inhibited adrenocortical tissue.
  
  
• INDICATION :
  is systematic for suspicion of :
  - CONN syndrome
  - hyperandrogeny of adrenal origin
  
  The cessation of dexamethazone allows to visualize again the adrenals two days later.
