Education at Jean Monnet University

Through the IdexLyon project and a close relationship with Lyon's universities, Jean Monnet University is strongly committed to a path of innovative transformation. With 1,500 staff including 900 teachers and research professors, all very involved in the life of the institution, it knows how to mobilise its strengths in order to give to its students all the keys to success, using support systems, encouragement of entrepreneurship and innovative teaching methods. It makes every effort to promote achievement for all and guarantee the professional integration of its students.

Its multidisciplinary training offer allows students to access a national diploma of higher education, bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate in 4 major areas of education : Arts, Letters, Languages​​/Humanities and Social Sciences/Law, Economics, Management/Science, Technology, Health.

It strives for excellence in particular through multidisciplinary research-related courses such as the EUR Manutech-Sleight, partnering with valorisation and entrepreneurship stakeholders in order to promote employability, knowledge-sharing and good practices. The university also offers original master's courses that are recognised for their European and international dimension.
