Résumé / abstract : This paper analyzes the conditions of ascribing moral responsibility for the outcomes of collective decision-making where agents have incomplete information. Using game theory, we discuss cases in which the absence of information may entail a larger responsibility for an agent. We subsequently argue that, other things being the same, the analysis of those cases shed new light on the relation between responsibility, random events and principles of individual decision making.
