Vous trouverez ci-dessous deux appels d’Horizon Europe sur les opportunités de financement dans le domaine du Climat, de l’Énergie et de la Mobilité.

Ces appels figurent dans le programme de travail officiel Horizon Europe 2025 pour le Climat, l’Énergie et la Mobilité (Cluster 5), dont vous trouverez le fichier en pièce jointe.

Appel 1: HORIZON-CL5-CLIMATE-2025

Deadline: 20 Jan 2026 (17:00 Brussels time)

Appel 2: HORIZON-CL5-CLIMATE-2025

Deadline: 17 Feb 2026 (17:00 Brussels time)

Each call contains 12+ ‘topics’. For each topic, the European Commission expects to fund 1-3 projects with grants between €1.5M and €20M per project.

In pages 31-37 of the file attached, you can find:

• The list of topics for each one of these two calls

• The expected EU grant per project

• The number of projects to be funded

Please attend to the following : 

The topics are top-down, meaning that proposals must address pre-defined scope, expected outcomes and impacts.
Check specific conditions in the file attached: use the ‘find’ function [Ctrl+F] with the reference of your topic of interest; this will take you to pages with more detailed info on each topic – e.g., pages 104-103 for the topic with reference HORIZON-CL5-2026-01-D2-01.

These are collaborative projects, meaning that (unless specified otherwise) they require a consortium of at least three independent legal entities from three different countries.

Their ‘type of action’ is mostly RIA and IA (also a few CSA) :

• RIA (Research & Innovation Action): Primarily to create new knowledge or explore feasibility.
• IA (Innovation Action): Closer to market (prototyping, testing, piloting, large-scale validation, market replication).
• CSA (Coordination & Support Action): Support activities such as networking, best-practice exchange, etc. No R&I activities except where explicitly allowed.
