True Polar Wander inferred from lunar ice deposits

We find a convincing connection between True Polar Wander of the Moon's spin axis and the evolution of the large flood basalt filled region known as the Procellarum KREEP Terrain. It appears that this region caused the lunar pole to shift by at least 6 degrees. As the Moon shifted, we show evidence that this migration was recorded in the polar ice deposits.
